The construction group is offering to rent these villas to the
owners for a guaranteed and bonded rental of 6% (minimum) of
the purchase price per year for up to 5 years. The construction
company would also cover the cost of the yearly site fees.
If the owner would prefer to also use the Villa for two months
(in either December, January and February) with one month maintenance,
in this case, nine months rental would be guarantee and bonded
at 4,5% (minimum) of the purchase price. The construction company
would also cover the cost of the yearly site fees.
Furniture and other items can be supplied for the Villa by the
construction group for the purpose of rental. In this case,
the cost of the furniture and items would be taken from the
cost of the rent.

Steel frame construction in Turkey - this system is being used
for the first time in Turkey to build luxury villas.
How it works; a concrete raft is first laid and into that the
main supporting steel pillars are mounted. This is then connected
together by a complex steel framework to make the complete skeleton.
It is then in-filled with light concrete blocks in a cavity
wall arrangement and then rendered. This makes the structure
light and strong.
Turkey, like many places in the world, is in an earthquake region
and with this structure you will get the peace of mind that
you have a strong and durable building that also comes with
a 10 year structural guarantee (that is rare in Turkey).
These villas are being built in Kusadasi by a construction company
with 20 years experience and 2,500 villas to their name.
First stage of construction started September 2005 with the show home is now ready for viewing. The 187 villas will be completed by September 2007 and the infrastructure finished by April 2008 (latest).
